The lady who checked me into my room was the sweetest lady I have come across in a while. Best customer service, she was caring and understanding, and went out of her way to make sure my stay was affordable, comfortable, and had everything I needed to settle down. She understood everything, and when I saw her more than once, each time she treated me like we had been friends for ages. I had recently just pust down my cat and needed a night to get away, and her customer service was everything to put a smile onto my face again! The room was overall very pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't use the facilities, but did purchase some snacks at the front desk and it was convenient that they were there. Also incredibly close to a pizza place!

The outside of the hotel looked like an abandoned lot. Landscaping was below 0. Also upset that I asked for our beds to be made for us and it was not done. Paid a lot and felt we should have had our beds made and fresh linens delivered. Also upsetting that we had to pay extra $20 to check in 1 hour early because we were attending a wedding. We got absolutely no service at all!!! Shoukd not have had to pay extra when we couldn’t even had our beds made or fresh towels

It was quite an upgrade from Motel 6. The beds were nice and comfortable. The room was larger and cleaner. They had a nice pool that we were sorry we didn't have time to use. We missed breakfast due to our early flight, but we know there was one. There is a nice, big parking lot. Overall, we would stay there again. And the shuttle driver accommodated our early flight and started his shift early to get us there. Overall, we would stay there again.

I think this was an old Travelodge, but they're really working hard on fixing it up. My room was perfectly clean. No issues at all. The onsite bar/restaurant was hopping, and the waitstaff was awesome. The pool looked newly renovated and wasn't freezing cold. Mine was a brief stay with an early flight, so I didn't get to the fitness center or had breakfast.

It was a great stay. Put us in the wrong room at first, but changed it to accommodate our reservation. Handicap shower is quite hard to use. Seat is too far from handle and shower head. Especially for someone with only 1 leg. She couldn't do it. Also, still waiting on my deposit back.
